about

The Medicine Hat would like to extend their gratitude to Marcone, whose talent is rivalled only by his generosity, to Steve Bigas for .013 gauge guitar strings, to Jeff, Scott, and all the other fine folks at Other Songs Music Co. for dreaming big with us, to Brittany Brooks for inspired portraiture, to Alex Drumm for his hospitality and a mystery solved, to Chase, Nik and Dylan at GAIN Music for uprightness and forthrightness, to Gwendolyn for moving to the rhythm, to the Boyds for putting up with the brunt of the racket, to all the members of our family, whether by the water of the womb or the blood of the trenches, and to Randy’s Hamburgers.
The Medicine Hat is Aaron Hoffman, Elliott Gwynne, Michael Boyd, Nabi Bersche & Tyler Bersche.

The Medicine Hat Toronto, Ontario

The Medicine Hat sounds exactly like what it is: a nationally acclaimed folk songstress, a veteran guitarist with a penchant for passion for over precision, a pianist accustomed equally to concert halls as to bars, and a perplexingly tight drum and bass combo, all trying to write pop songs together. ... more
